Pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive in the warehouse. You will pay at the time of purchase and you will receive an email when your item ships.
In any web browser, go to dizzy-lizzie.returnly.com. In the field titled Enter your email, type in the same email address that you originally used to place your order and press the Start a Return button.
After submitting your email address you will see the following screen asking you to check your email.
Open your email application and look for a new mail titled Your Dizzy Lizzie return. The message will look like the one depicted bellow. Click on the Start a Return button to proceed.
You will be presented with a list of all the products you have purchased within the time of our 30 day return window.
