Return Portal Guide
In any web browser, go to dizzy-lizzie.returnly.com. In the field titled Enter your email, type in the same email address that you originally used to place your order and press the Start a Return button.
After submitting your email address you will see the following screen asking you to check your email.
Open your email application and look for a new mail titled Your Dizzy Lizzie return. The message will look like the one depicted bellow. Click on the Start a Return button to proceed.
You will be presented with a list of all the products you have purchased within the time of our 30 day return window.
If you are presented with a screen with the message You don't have any productavailable to return, you should stop at this step and contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
On mobile, tap the image of the product, or if on a conventional computer, click the image. A list will appear along side the product image where you must indicate your reason for the return by clicking or tapping the applicable check box.
In the next display your refund and shipping info will be displayed. There is a check-box where you can indicate that the return is an exchange if you would preferable over a refund.
